Email: An email address councillor@ngshire.vic.gov.au has been set up that redirects emails sent to this address to all councillors' individual email addresses. A copy of the email is also redirected to council's Records Team for registration and tasking to relevant staff. Emails about operational matters and requests for service are entered into our customer request system.

Mail: Any hard copy mail for councillors can be hand delivered to staff at the Town Hall or mailed to PO Box 580 Stawell 3380 for distribution to councillors. Hard copy mail is also registered in council's records system and circulated to councillors.
