NAIDOC Week is an annual recognition held across Australia during the first week of July running from Sunday to Sunday. It provides an opportunity for all Australians to learn more about First Nations cultures and histories while participating in community events and celebrations of the oldest continuous living cultures on earth. Waste and recycling bins should be placed out for collection the night prior to your collection date. Bins should be kept half a metre apart and no further than one metre from the kerbside.

There are minimal changes to general rubbish, mixed recycling and FOGO collections over the upcoming Christmas period.
There will be no collections on Christmas Day, December 25. These collections have instead been moved to Saturday, December 26, 2026. Please ensure you put your bins out the night before as collection times may vary.
There will be no interruptions to collections on New Years Day, January 1, 2027.
