Vision and Goals

Northern Grampians Shire Council has a vision for our region, one of possibility and prosperity. To bring this vision to life, Council has several integrated planning processes and associated materials that guide our overarching direction and ensure our priorities accurately reflect the community's needs and aspirations in the current climate.

One crucial material is our Council Plan, a strategic summary of what our community would like achieved over the forthcoming four-year term. This plan is a central strategic plans which has a direct connection with other key plans such as our Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan, our Asset Management Plan and our Financial Plan. It's critically important all of these strategies support one another and align to achieving the objectives the community has set.
