Activate 2020–2030 is a 10-year regional strategic plan enabling a coordinated and collaborative approach aimed at increasing participation in sport and active recreation for livability, health and wellbeing of the Central Highlands and Grampians Pyrenees region.

Council must prepare a report each financial year on council's operations to include audited financial and performance statements.

The Arts and Culture Action Plan aligns with the Arts and Culture Strategy and Policy, to deliver on actions needed to grow the participation, profile and place of arts and culture in the shire.

The strategy sets out the strategic direction for arts and culture development in the municipality.

The Audit and Risk Committee Charter sets out the appropriate authority, composition, meeting requirements and responsibilities of the Audit and Risk Committee to ensure good practice and compliance with the requirements of the Local Government Act 2020.

Council must prepare a budget each financial year which includes financial statements and a description of the services and initiatives to be funded in order to achieve the strategic objectives set out in the Council Plan.

The Business Transformation Strategy 2022-26 will build upon the work undertaken to date and continue to guide the organisation towards delivery of improved services to the community taking advantage of the latest available technologies, ensuring council is connected, customer focused, and outcome driven.

The Cemeteries Interment Guideline and Cemeteries Memorialisation Guideline have been developed to ensure compliance with the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 and Regulations 2025. The guidelines will ensure a consistent approach to council's cemetery operations

The purpose of the Common Seal and Miscellaneous Penalties Local Law is to regulate the use of the common seal and the types of offences and penalties applicable to Council meetings.
