If you fail to fulfil a notice to comply issued by council, by the due date, you will incur the cost associated with the administration of non-compliance.

Enforcement administration levy for non-compliance $194.00 each

Livestock - large other $53.00 per animal plus trailer hire, cartage, food, vet and disposal costs.

Sheep and goats - first animal $43.00 plus trailer hire, cartage, food, vet and disposal costs.

Sheep and goats - additional animal $12.00 each animal.

Small animals/poultry/birds - not including sheep and goats $15.00 per animal/poultry/bird.

Release fee first impound - registered $18.00 per cat.

Release fee first impound - unregistered $65.00 per cat.

Release fee second impoundment in a 12 month period $99.00 per cat.

Release fee third and subsequent impoundment in a 12 month period $160.00 per cat.

Release/encounter fee first impound - registered $31.00 per dog.

Release/encounter fee first impound - unregistered $160.00 per dog.

Release/encounter fee second impoundment in a 12 month period $318.00 per dog.

Release fee dog involved in attack on person or animal $221.00 per dog.

Sustenance dogs and cats $20.00 per animal per day.
