The St Arnaud and Stawell Libraries are open normal operating hours for all services.  

Customers are asked to keep 1.5m physical distance while at the libraries.

We ask that you keep good hand hygiene by using the sanitiser in each library.
Masks are currently mandatory 

For Victorian Government contract tracing conditions, you will need to register your visit and contact details when you arrive. This is a condition of entry; no registration, no entry. Your details will only be used for contact tracing if a COVID-19 case is recorded and matches your visit to library.

Under Victorian Government guidelines, only people that can show proof of being double vaccinated are permitted to enter our libraries, people that are unvaccinated or still to receive their second vaccination may access the library using click and collect. Contactless printing is also available.
