Council has multiple funding streams open for applications for eligible community, sporting and not-for-profit groups with suitable event, initiative or project ideas. Council celebrates major life achievements such as 90th and 100th birthday celebrations and 50th, 60th, 65th and 70th wedding anniversaries. If you or someone you know is celebrating a special birthday or anniversary you can notify council so that a congratulatory message and a visit from the Mayor can be arranged to acknowledge this special occasion.
