Northern Gramps Girls Can
Everyone in our community deserves to move in a way that feels good for them.
Thank you to everyone who got involved and support our 'Northern Gramps Girls Can' campaign across June and July.
Our aim was to highlight how important it is for women and girls to stay active by acknowledging that sometimes finding the time and space to get active can feel hard. We believe all women and girls have the right to move their bodies however, whenever and wherever they choose and want to ensure the places and spaces where women get active are safe, welcoming and inclusive.
We empower you to maintain this focus and commitment to yourself over the coming weeks and months as we head into the warmer weather. And remember, together we embrace the power and joy in movement – together we are unstoppable.
