Immunisation program

Immunisation is an effective way to protect yourself and your loved ones against disease. Immunisation programs also help to reduce the spread of infectious diseases in our community.

Northern Grampians Shire Council's Immunisation Service provides vaccines to young children and adolescents in accordance with the National Immunisation Program Schedule (NIP).

Please bring your child's Health and Development Record, known as the green book, and your Medicare card to the appointment.

Eligibility for free vaccines is determined by your access to Medicare benefits.

To request a copy of your Immunisation History Statement, please visit the Services Australia website.
