The Greenlight Online Permit Manager will allow you to submit and pay for your applications online, receive correspondence by email and monitor the status of your applications from start to finish. If you need to surrender an animal that you no longer want or are unable to care for, please complete the surrender form below. Once the completed form is received by council, a Community Safety Officer will contact you to organise for collection or drop off of the animal.
