Maternal and Child Health and Immunisation services are continuing during the current COVID-19 response period.

The MCH Line is also open 24 hours 7 days per week on 13 22 29.

St Arnaud Early Learning Centre is open, please call the centre on 03 5495 2666 for more details.

If you require Long Day Care - either full time, part time, morning or afternoon, we offer flexible arrangements to meet the diverse needs of your family. All of our children's services provide a happy and secure environment filled with many learning opportunities. St Arnaud Early Learning Centre also runs a Vacation Care Program at the precinct from 8am to 6pm during school holidays.

St Arnaud Early Learning Centre offers a council run kindergarten program and Marrang Kindergarten, which is located at Grampians Hub in D'Arcy Street in Stawell, is a stand-alone parent-run kindergarten. Both centres also host visiting health practitioners and conduct information sessions for families.

Maternal and Child Health

Maternal and Child Health (MCH) is a free service available to support families with children from birth to school age. Visits to your Maternal and Child Health Nurse focus on discussing topics to meet your families' needs.

An award-winning, state-of-the-art child care facility, our centre consists of several children's services in one location which allows smooth transitions and promotes family participation.

Facilitated Playgroups

Facilitated Playgroup is a free weekly group session run by a professional facilitator who implements a fun and educational two-hour session during the school term. Supported playgroups are suitable for parents/carers and their children from birth to five years.
