This form must be completed by the ratepayer of the property or a person duly authorised by that ratepayer.

Council’s service is a dual service (120L waste bin and 240L recycling bin).

Bins belong to Northern Grampians Shire Council and must not be removed from the property.

Council charges an annual service fee, therefore the full-service charge ($467) will be applied to the rates. This charge is applicable for the 2019-20 financial year ending 30 June 2020, regardless of when you request the service.
