Our building and planning teams have implemented a new and simple permit application process called Greenlight. The Greenlight Online Permit Manager will allow you to submit and pay for your applications online, receive correspondence by email and monitor the status of your applications from start to finish. Northern Grampians Shire Council is excited to showcase the six businesses in Stawell that participated in the pilot Shopfront Improvement Program. The program was funded by council with contributions from the businesses. It was established to assist businesses within Stawell to improve the vibrancy of individual shops, stimulate economic growth, and enhance the overall look and feel of the town.
The program was delivered successfully as a pilot program to businesses on Main Street, Stawell. See two of the businesses before and after images below.
