At December's council meeting in St Arnaud, council resolved to review future community care service options in light of sweeping aged care sector reforms. The decision follows Federal Government changes to the way aged care services are funded and delivered, with new rules coming into effect in November. You can find more via the link below.
Temporary liquor permits are required for any events where alcohol will be consumed or provided on council land or in a council facility. These permits are used to provide public safety for events where liquor consumption will be present.
A Liquor License issued by The Victorian Liquor Commision (TVLC) must be obtained for permit approval.
Please note: the need for a permit for liquor consumption in a council facility is part of the Venue Hire application process.
