CommunityConnect Mobile App

CommunityConnect is a free mobile application developed for local businesses, community groups and individuals to connect, share information, promote events, and access vital emergency resources and educational materials so everyone can be better informed across recovery events. 

It has been uniquely crafted for a range of localised users including local residents, absentee landowners, and visitors to the region, providing users the opportunity to:

• Find connections - connect with businesses and community groups listed in the directory.
• Discover events - find local events and things-to-do in the area.
• Share and inform - share community information through an online noticeboard.
• Be prepared - access information for areas such as emergency preparedness, recovery and relief support relevant to your location.

The app has been developed in partnership with the Northern Grampians Shire Council following a series of community engagements after recent emergency threat events. It is being used by council representatives, industry partners and other recovery agencies to distribute important updates to the community following the Grampians bushfire.
