The group will use the funding to engage a qualified facilitator who can provide professional guidance and direction around governance of the gallery group.
 
This project will focus on building capacity of the current committee and members to confidently lead, govern and grow the gallery into the future. It will support the development of a shared vision, clear goals, agreed values, and practical strategies to strengthen the gallery's sustainability and community impact.
 
A local professional will be engaged to deliver a series of facilitated workshops that will assist the committee to develop a clear roadmap for the future of the gallery. The workshops will include:
  • A governance and vision-setting session to clarify the gallery's purpose, values, goals, missions and committee roles.
  • A strategic planning workshop focused on marketing, communications and strengthening the gallery's direction and operations.
  • A practical marketing and communications workshop, including hands-on social media session to build skills and confidence in promoting the gallery and its activities.
These workshops will strengthen the committee's ability to work together effectively, make informed decisions and create a clear and achievable pathway for the gallery's future.
