Michelle commenced with Northern Grampians Shire Council in July 2026 as Director Community Prosperity. In this role she is responsible for leading the development, communication and evaluation of council frameworks, strategies and policies that support the delivery of economic development, strategic planning (land use, recreation plans, Council Plan and Public Health and Wellbeing Plan and coordination of long-term plans), government partnerships, community development, community engagement and the delivery of innovative projects.
