Darcy’s Bar & Grill offers A La Carte and Stonegrill Dining options. We use only the finest ingredients available to us and cater to all diets. Stonegrill Dining offers the diner a chance to enjoy a range of healthy dining options with your meal served to you on a hot stone, giving you the control to cook it the way you like. Or you can select from one of the dishes prepared by our head chef Anthony Trimble and his team. One of his signature dishes is the pork belly which diners come back for time and time again for. We use a selection of wines from our region including our local winery Fallen Giants & Bests of Great Western. Open Wednesday to Saturday nights from 5pm till 8pm for meal orders, the bar is also open for guest to enjoy a drink with their meal either inside or outside on the veranda during the warmer months. We cater to larger groups, weddings and special events and can provide a menu to suit your requirements. We look forward to greeting you at Darcy’s Bar & Stonegrill.
