Council is creating a long-term plan for the Stawell Entertainment Centre to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the community for many years to come and better understand how people use the venue. A community survey is available until 5pm on Wednesday, September 30 for people to share their feedback and inform the future of the facility and the services and equipment available.

The Great Western Show & Shine returns on Sunday 25 January 2026, bringing a standout display of classic cars, muscle machines, hot rods, trucks, tractors and bikes to the heart of Great Western. Add good food, live music and a lively village market and you’ve got a relaxed, all-ages day built around great vehicles and a proper country-town atmosphere.
