Risk Management Strategy

Risk management is critical to the Northern Grampians Shire Council’s ability to achieve the Strategic Objectives contained in the Council Plan. Council has limited human, financial and material resources and
prudent decision making in relation to their use is critical to the Council’s achievement of it's endorsed Council Plan.
