Introducing our new digital experience platforms
We have been busy behind the doors of Stawell Sports and Aquatic Centre, preparing for the launch of our new digital experience platforms that will make our members' lives easier when engaging with us and our various services.
Introducing Perfect Gym
Perfect Gym is your one-stop shop to manage all your membership needs, including things such as updating your personal information and payment details, along with viewing past payment records and any transaction declines.
Perfect Gym is also replacing Swim Desk, meaning parents who have children enrolled in swimming lessons will have more freedom and flexibility to manage bookings and make-up lessons.
Introducing Technogym
Technogym is a mobile app to book things such as group fitness classes, schedule personal training or exercise physiologist appointments, participate in the monthly Member Challenges, access an on-demand exercise library, and read a monthly online magazine with plenty of health and fitness tips and advice.
What's next?
1. Confirm your Perfect Gym Account
Click here to confirm your Perfect Gym account. Simply enter the email address we have on your existing member record (which is this email address) and click on 'Forgotten Password' to complete the process.
2. Update your Perfect Gym information
We migrated our existing members onto the platform, which means all your membership information should be ready for you. Once you log in, please review what we have on file and update any records as needed. This includes reviewing areas we may not have completed details for, such as:
- Address
- Contact number
- Emergency contact information
- SSAC eNewsletter subscription status
3. Download Techno Gym (if you're a gym member)
Simply click one of the below options to download the app onto your phone.
4. Create your Techno Gym account (if you're a gym member)
Please create a new account using your Perfect Gym email address. This step is important, as it ensures the mobile app successfully connects with your Perfect Gym account. You can even use the same password if you want and make things easy to remember in the future!
5. Review Updated Terms and Conditions
In line with rolling out new platforms and capabilities, we also updated our Membership Terms and Conditions and Swim School Terms and Conditions to include some of these important features, which are both available to view on our website here. We recommend having a quick look to make sure you understand your responsibilities, especially with regards to transaction fees for both successful and unsuccessful payments.
6. Start enjoying the benefits!
You now have an account in both systems and can start enjoying the benefits straight away. You can log in to your Perfect Gym account any time via the Techno Gym app by simply clicking on the button on your home screen. You will not need to log in again as the app has your accounts connected. How good is that?
We're here to help
We are really excited to have these new online spaces available and provide even greater value for our members. You will no longer need to call us to cancel swimming lessons and book make-up lessons, or get in touch to update your bank card or account details. We're putting membership management into your hands but will still be around to help if you need us.
