Council has four funding streams open for applications for eligible community, sporting and not-for-profit groups with suitable event, initiative or project ideas. Our Community Events Grant, Minor Support Grant, Community Events Sponsorship and Community Sponsorship are open until all available funds have been allocated.

February 20 is a beautiful reminder to pause, connect, and return that love in a way they understand. Whether it’s an extra cuddle, a quiet moment together, a long walk, or simply being fully present, your pet feels your intention.
In honour of pets everywhere and the people who love them, Noelene from Heart Centred Reiki will be at Cato Park on Friday 20 February to offer mini pet reiki sessions to all pets between 7am and 9am and between 3pm and 6pm. Take this opportunity to offer your pet a Reiki to thank and celebrate them. Find Noelene on the day on a seat facing the lake in front of the smaller playground in front of Florence Street.
