The St Arnaud Fire Brigade is celebrating 150 years of service on Saturday 16th November from 8:30am.
They will be holding a torchlight parade starting from the old fire station in Napier Street, turning into Alma Street, and concluding at our current fire station. The community of St Arnaud and residents in the broader region of the Northern Grampians Shire are invited to come along and celebrate this momentous milestone by lining the streets to watch on as the brigade marches with their torches, with the march concluding with a band and vintage fire truck. There will also be an unveiling of a celebration plaque at the new station.
