A chance for 12-25 year olds to get up on stage and show off their performance skills

A panel of local pro's will offer positive feedback
A range of awards and prizes will be handed out such as best stage presence and most energetic.

SATURDAY 26th

Lever Harp Workshop with Frances Thiele
Catering for the complete beginner to advanced player
Introductory Beginner Workshop 10-11.30 am-$25

More experienced players can book a one to one lesson-or if there is interest an intermediate to advanced workshop will be run.
Be captivated by the sound and feel of the lever harp and guided through your first experience or assisted on your journey at whatever level.
Frances Thiele is highly qualified having completed many practical exams with the Australian Music Examinations Board and Trinity College, London. A Fellowship in Musicology from the Australian Society of Musicology and Composition she is a harp teacher of many years standing and teaches classroom music at a secondary school level.
She particularly enjoys performing traditional folk music from the British Isles.

Ukulele Workshop

Beginner to Intermediate Workshop 12-2 pm-$12
with Nicki Johnson and Craig Barrie

Drawing on many years of community music leading experience and involved in ukulele festivals in Melbourne and around the country they will build a uke experience to meet the skill level and needs of the group.
Learn the basics or take your repertoire to the next level. Bring your uke and make some music.

Singing Workshop with Polly Christie

For over 20 years Polly Christie has opened people's hearts by teaching them to sing.
Join in and as hundreds of people before who have been led to ecstatic joy in community and festival choirs across Victoria, and around Australia, under Polly's skilled leadership and masterful conducting.
