Council has released its Advocacy Prospectus 2026 which outlines where the organisation will focus its advocacy efforts to state and federal governments, particularly in the lead-up to November’s State Election. Council will advocate for aged care services in the municipality to be transitioned to local service providers, namely Grampians Community Health and East Wimmera Health Service, following a decision made at the July council meeting in Stawell. There are no immediate changes to any services for current clients and no action required for now.
Includes yoga, haiku, dance, nature walk, worm farms, insect hotels, nature art, seed growing.
Each session is run from 10am - 12pm.
Session Dates and locations are:
Stawell - Wednesday 30 June and Thursday 1 July
St Arnaud - Monday 28 June and Monday 5 July
