Council will advocate for aged care services in the municipality to be transitioned to local service providers, namely Grampians Community Health and East Wimmera Health Service, following a decision made at the July council meeting in Stawell. There are no immediate changes to any services for current clients and no action required for now.

Held at the Stawell Sports and Aquatic Centre every Friday between 11.30am and 12.15pm, it's a great exercise option for people returning from injury or requiring a low impact, low risk exercise.
The class is available to anyone over the age of 45 years and is just $8pp per class. It's also FREE for anyone aged 75 years and over and those with an existing SSAC gym membership.
