Council has four funding streams open for applications for eligible community, sporting and not-for-profit groups with suitable event, initiative or project ideas. Held at the Stawell Sports and Aquatic Centre every Friday between 11.30am and 12.15pm, it's a great exercise option for people returning from injury or requiring a low impact, low risk exercise.
The class is available to anyone over the age of 45 years and is just $8pp per class. It's also FREE for anyone aged 75 years and over and those with an existing SSAC gym membership. You can also purchase a 10-class pack for $72 which can also be redeemed on other classes such as Active Ageing and Gentle Aqua.
