It offers a unique opportunity to taste and compare how wines have developed, as well as appreciate the nuances and complexities that age can bring to the bottle.
Their winemaker Jacob will share insights into each wine including background on each vintage and the factors that have influenced its development. He’ll also explain the characteristics people can observe as they taste such as colour, aroma, and flavour profile indicators, whilst encouraging attendees to also express their impressions.
