Council has multiple funding streams open for applications for eligible community, sporting and not-for-profit groups with suitable event, initiative or project ideas. Our Community Events Grant, Minor Support Grant, Community Events Sponsorship, Community Sponsorship and Tourism Events Sponsorship are all now open.

Geographic Names Victoria has endorsed Council's road naming proposal from the September 2026 Council Meeting and has gazetted the approved names. The approved names are Bennett Lane and Pickthall Lane in St Arnaud, and the renaming of Horwill Lane in Natte Yallock to Amos Road. Following gazettal, VICNAMES and Vicmap will be updated accordingly.
