In accordance with section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020, Northern Grampians Shire Council hereby gives notice of its intention to enter into a new lease with Braaauer Management Pty Ltd. for the Stawell Grampians Gate Caravan Park.
A person has a right to make a submission to Council under Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 on the proposed lease and must do so in writing. Submissions are to be received by no later than 5pm Wednesday, 16 March 2022 and sent to:

Any submissions received must be considered by Council and any person making a submission is entitled to state in the submission that he or she wishes to appear in person, or to be represented by a person specified in the submission, at a meeting to be heard in support of the submission.
Please note that copies of submissions (including submitters’ names and addresses) will be made available at the Council Meeting at which the proposal will be considered. The submission will form part of the minutes of the meeting which are made available on council’s website.
