Community Satisfaction Surveys

Annual community satisfaction surveys of the community are conducted by a government appointed, independent research company. Surveys are used to monitor council's performance against indicators within the Local Government Performance Reporting Framework (LGPRF) and to measure performance against the council's goals and objectives.
