Council has developed a Traditional Owner Acknowledgement Policy to support its commitment to reconciliation under the Council Plan and Municipal Public Health and Wellbeing Plan 2025–29. The Policy provides a clear and respectful approach to acknowledging Traditional Owners across all council activities and supports ongoing relationships under the Recognition and Settlement Agreement Framework.
