Grant amount: $5000

The group will use the funding to support the 2026 GLOW Festival, which is a community-led winter arts and culture program delivered in Halls Gap.

Commencing on June 27 to align with the winter school holidays, the festival will deliver a series of creative workshops, artist-led experiences and light-based activations across public spaces and local venues.
The event is designed to strengthen community connection, support local artists and activate the township during the quieter winter period. Activities will include participatory workshops, small-scale performances, and creative installations that encourage both residents and visitors to engage with arts and culture in a welcoming and accessible way.
GLOW Festival celebrates place, creativity and community, contributing to a vibrant and connected arts culture within the Northern Grampians Shire.
