Council is creating a long-term plan for the Stawell Entertainment Centre to ensure it continues to meet the needs of the community for many years to come and better understand how people use the venue. A community survey is available until 5pm on Wednesday, September 30 for people to share their feedback and inform the future of the facility and the services and equipment available.

Perennial Pasture Systems (PPS) is an independent farmer group that formed in 2007. The aim of the group Is to push the boundaries of perennial pasture research across Central Victoria and the Southern Wimmera and provide information on productive pasture management to members.
Mission Statement
To Provide a series of extension activities that provide best practice information to members. To develop and improve the profitability and sustainability of perennial pasture systems in the Upper Wimmera Catchment and Central Victorian region through research, demonstrations and exchange of ideas amongst farmers, community and industry groups. To focus on farming families’ health and wellbeing through social interaction and provision of health care information.
