The Plan sets a vision for the long term land use and development of St Arnaud. The Plan highlights St Arnaud’s strategic location in the Northern Grampians as the shire’s second largest township.
As a result of changes made during the implementation of the Framework into the Northern Grampians Planning Scheme via Amendment C64ngra, the Township Framework Plan shown in the Northern Grampians Planning Scheme at Clause 11.01-1L-02 differs from plans within the original Framework document.
