Yields are low, contributing to wines of increased flavour and structure.

All vines are hand pruned and harvested, and fruit is 100% estate grown, thus yielding single source wines.

The vineyard site was selected for an open hill side terrain and elevation of 300 metres above sea level, limited frost exposure and a unique micro-climate and soil texture.
