The Domestic Animal Management Plan is a statutory requirement for all Victorian councils prescribed by the Domestic Animals Act. It is intended to provide council with a management plan for dogs, cats and domestic animal businesses in our shire. You can review the draft plan and make submission before Sunday, October 19 via the link below.
If you need to surrender a domestic animal that you no longer want or are unable to care for, please complete the surrender form below. Once the completed form is received by council and payment is made, a Community Safety Officer will contact you to organise for collection or drop off of the animal.
Fees for the surrender of any domestic animals.
Cat surrender: $90.00 per animal
Dog surrender: $120.00 per animal
