At December's council meeting in St Arnaud, council resolved to review future community care service options in light of sweeping aged care sector reforms. The decision follows Federal Government changes to the way aged care services are funded and delivered, with new rules coming into effect in November. You can find more via the link below.
The 2021 Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey was coordinated by Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions and conducted by independent researcher JWS Research.
JWS Research interviewed a total of 400 community members by telephone from 10 February to 20 March 2021 and produced an individualised report for Northern Grampians Shire Council (NGSC) on community satisfaction levels.
