It maintains peace, order and good governance, delivers more than 100 different services to people who live, work and visit the local area and maintains significant infrastructure including roads, bridges, drains, libraries, recreation facilities and parks and gardens, for our communities.

The website is a great way for you to learn more about local government and to understand what council is doing in our community every day.
It has information about how the council works, how we make decisions, what services we are responsible for delivering, how we are funded, and much more.
