Works within road reserves

When works are to be conducted within a road reserve owned by council, consent must be given by council before works can commence.

Requesting 'Works within a Road Reserve'

  • Attach a site plan to your application if available
  • The application will not be processed until the application fee has been paid.
  • Council will process the application and you will then receive notification of whether the works can commence
  • Work must not begin until consent has been granted
  • Once works are complete notification must be given to council
