If your animal is deceased or its details have changed from those on the registration notice, please call us on (03) 5358 9096 to update your records. The St Arnaud Civic Precinct Plan 2014 created the design for significant streetscape upgrades through the main retail precinct of Napier Street, St Arnaud. Council has undertaken road rehabilitation work, footpath upgrades, completed kerb and channel works and installed grapevines from Raglan Street through to Mill Street.
Street amenity and presentation is crucial to community pride, business support and the visitor experience of the St Arnaud community.
