Council's annual Animal Registration Notices have been issued to pet owners with fees due by Friday, April 10. If your animal is deceased or its details have changed from those on the registration notice, please call us on (03) 5358 9096 to update your records. Urban Design Frameworks. Frameworks are strategic planning tools that set out an integrated design vision for the desired future development of urban places. They translate the broad aims of Municipal Strategic Statements (MSS) and planning schemes to practical urban design action at the local level.
This project will consider the main retail precinct design, including heritage and development protection.
Community engagement will be extensive.

The St Arnaud Structure Plan will assess and make recommendations for planning scheme amendments for zoning of land within the St Arnaud township and immediate surrounds.
Community engagement will be extensive, and closely linked to the Economic Development and Investment Strategy.
