Stawell Adoptable Pet Rescue, Heart Centred Reiki and Grampians Wellbeing Yoga & Reiki are joining forces to bring you DOGA - Yoga & Reiki for dog lovers and their dogs!
Bring your furry friend (on a leash), a mat and come and enjoy something a little different for your Sunday morning! No Yoga or Reiki experience is necessary (for you or your dog!)
Enjoy some gentle yoga poses while being treated to a healing Reiki treatment. Reiki is a form of energy healing where a gentle flow of healing energy is channelled resulting in deep relaxation and reduction in tension or pain.
