Animal Registration Notices | Fees due by April 10, 2026

Council's annual Animal Registration Notices have been issued to pet owners with fees due by Friday, April 10. If your animal is deceased or its details have changed from those on the registration notice, please call us on (03) 5358 9096 to update your records. Bulgana Green Power Hub (BGPH)

Bulgana Green Power Hub is located in the Wimmera region of central-western Victoria, about 200km north-west of Melbourne and 11km north-east of Stawell. The project comprises 204MW of wind turbine generation and 20MW of lithium-ion battery storage.

As part of the Neoen's commitment to Stawell and to signify the next phase of the project, a $120,000 per annum Bulgana Wind Farm Community Fund opened on 16 July 2018. The fund will provide financial support to community groups for projects that will benefit and strengthen Northern Grampians Shire.

Bulgana Green Power Hub

The Bulgana Green Power Hub aims to develop an environmentally and economically viable wind and power storage facility which will improve Victoria’s energy security, reduce power prices for consumers and facilitate greater uptake of renewable energy. Using proven battery technology, the facility will be one of the first and largest grid-scale batteries in the world.
