The NGSC grants program is currently being reviewed to ensure that all grants on offer are relevant and responsive to the needs of the community.

This Funding stream is now closed and will reopen July 2022.
Applications will be considered on a case by case basis.
All applications must:
Be from an individual, group, organisation, businesses, or sole trader in or working in the Northern Grampians Shire.
Be from an individual, group, organisation, businesses or sole trader not already receiving substantial support from Council.
Be able to be compliant with Councils regulatory requirements.
be submitted online
provide a project budget
meet at least one of the objectives on the Minor Grants Program
Applications will not be eligible if:
The applicant is based outside the Northern Grampians Shire, unless the activity or project can be proven to still have benefit to residents of Northern Grampians Shire.
Applicants have received grants funding within the same financial year.
The individual/group/organisation/business/sole trader has not submitted a grant evaluation and budget acquittal from a previous grant.
The funding is being requested retrospectively (the initiative has already started or is completed).
The initiative will duplicate other locally available services or resources.
The funding is for ongoing or recurrent costs.
The funding is to reimburse council fees and charges.
Includes staff wages (does not include professional services that support business development capacity building i.e., specialist fees).
The funding is clearly the responsibility of other spheres of Government eg Small Business Victoria, Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions
Before completing any grant application forms you must:
Council officers are available to assist applicants with the final acquittal.
