Kerbside waste and recycling services

Waste and recycling bins should be placed out the night before your collection day. Bins should be kept half a metre apart and no further than one metre from the kerbside.

 


Businesses, organisations, or individuals may be eligible for an exemption from council's kerbside collection charge.

Lost, stolen, or damaged bins must be reported to council and will incur a $40.65 per bin replacement fee.

If council's waste contractors have damaged your bin and/or a new lid or wheels are needed, please contact the council directly on 03 5358 8700.

If your bin has been damaged other than by council's waste contractors, fill out the form below and pay the $40.65 per bin replacement bin fee.
