Projects and amendments that are open for community consultation and feedback will appear below for the window of time where engagement is available. Please note, not all projects listed below are owned or managed by council. Some projects are being managed by external third-party organisations such as government agencies. Council, Financial and Asset Plans | Open for community feedback

At the Scheduled Council Meeting held on Monday, August 4, 2025, Council resolved to give notice of the draft plans in accordance with requirements of the Local Government Act 2020.

Planning Scheme Amendment | C64ngra St Arnaud Township Framework Plan

Council has prepared Amendment C64ngra to the Northern Grampians Planning Scheme to introduce the St Arnaud Township Framework Plan (2023) as a background document.

Intention to Sell | 83-85 Sloane Street, Stawell

In accordance with the Local Government Act 2020, council is advising the local community of our intention to sell a block located in Sloane Street, Stawell.
