Projects Achieved

The St Arnaud Civic Precinct Plan 2014 created the design for significant streetscape upgrades through the main retail precinct of Napier Street, St Arnaud. Council has undertaken road rehabilitation work, footpath upgrades, completed kerb and channel works and installed grapevines from Raglan Street through to Mill Street.

Street amenity and presentation is crucial to community pride, business support and the visitor experience of the St Arnaud community.

Future Projects

Delivering the future stages of the St Arnaud Streetscape Plan:

Step 1.Streetscape section: Jones St to Mill St, St Arnaud

Estimated Project Delivery Date: August 2020 - December 2020

Funding achieved through the Federal Government Community Infrastructure Fund

Step 2.Streetscape sections: Inkerman St to Market St (West) and Inkerman St to Market St (East), St Arnaud

Estimated Project Delivery Date: dependent on funding

*funding to be sought to secure the delivery of the final streetscape sections. A key project on council's advocacy program.
