Stawell Business Series finale attracts big names

Northern Grampians Shire Council's 2016/17 Business Series will come to a close for Stawell this Thursday 4 May.
The twelve month series which has taken place in both Stawell and St Arnaud on an alternating bi-monthly basis has included topics from motivation to marketing and how to transition your business from surviving to thriving.
The series has been well attended, as many businesses from across the shire have been involved. The series has provided networking opportunities as well as insight in to applying tools to encourage a sustainable and developing business community in the Northern Grampians Shire.
The series finale in Stawell will have some very special guests including Deputy Leader of the National Party, Senator the Hon. Fiona Nash (Minister for Regional Development; Local Government and Territories; Regional Communications), Andrew Broad MP and Sherryn Jennings from the Rural Financial Counselling Service.
Attendees can expect to hear about Senator Nash's journey into politics and her Ministerial roles in communications and regional development.
Sherryn Jennings will address how rural businesses can access free, confidential counselling and business advice through the Rural Financial Counselling Service.
