Northern Grampians Shire Council has decided there is a need to provide for the residential growth of Stawell through the development of eight hectares of council owned land fronting Sloane Street, Stawell. The site is serviced and sits on a gentle slope overlooking the Grampians and Black Ranges.

The Halls Gap Village Centre Action Plan (the Action Plan) looks at the Village Centre of Halls Gap and will identify how the council will deliver the Halls Gap Master Plan. The Action Plan will guide where the council invests money in the village centre and which work it prioritises.

Opportunities Pyrenees Ararat and Northern Grampians (OPAN) is a 3 year project to directly address the existing and future shortage of skilled and unskilled workers across the Pyrenees, Ararat and Northern Grampians local government areas (LGAs) by focusing on: Workforce Planning, Migration, Housing, and Transport.
