Venues for hire

We are currently accepting venue bookings for council managed buildings. You can see more information under the individual venue on the maximum capacity allowed as per the DHHS 4 square metres rule. Records of attendees must be provided at the end of your event. 

Important: Hirers are required to

  • Ensure hand sanitisers are readily available and maintained throughout the event site for staff and attendees.

  • Ensure that high touch surfaces must be cleaned after the event and between groups in accordance with government cleaning and disinfection guidelines.

  • Record information on all staff, contractors and attendees to assist in contact tracing should it be required, including where possible the time they arrive and leave.

If you are making a booking for a public event please register with the Victorian Government's Public Events Framework (PEF).

When completing the public event self assessment please note that your event will not be covered by an existing COVIDSafe Plan held by the venue.

Completing a COVIDsafe Plan or COVIDsafe Event Checklist as required by the PEF is the responsibility of the event organiser.
